have to agree with this analysis of HomeKit Secure Video cameras, our experience has been similar. i think HKSV cams are ok for inside the home uses (i.e. as a baby monitor) esp w/their privacy features, but very unsuitable for actual security purposes on the outside of a home — PolitiTweet.org
