Like most people, I used to be able to do ZERO pull ups. The best way to get good at them is to do a lot of them and work your way up as you get stronger. If you can't do a single one, start with assisted pull ups (bands, spotter, or machine). Dedication and consistency wins. — PolitiTweet.org
