4.) Bake Distribution into Creation: They do not bake distribution in the creation process. For example: For every show, we do 10 references, yes better content but also 10 more champions who will share and promote the show when it goes live. — PolitiTweet.org

3.) Consistency: You have to create a habit in your consumer. Consistency of creation is crucial. Too many over-commit too early and then when they do not do what they said (3 shows per week, for example) they stop. Set achievable cadence. — PolitiTweet.org
