Useful for everyone here. Tldr: When you get your breakthrough Covid case, you isolate for 10 days (tho you can probably do less w/out endangering anyone - medical staff do 7) and then carry on. Important: You don’t “test out” of isolation. Can be in your system for some time. — PolitiTweet.org

@zachweinberg I think this is right - certainly reflects my personal experience. But, also: *It has real non-hospital knock-on effects. NYC schools, for instance, are buckling already.
