The difference between absentee ballots and vote-by-mail is absentee requires the voter to request one, provide proof of ID, etc. Vote-by-mail simply sends a ballot to every registered voter, millions of which are fake or dead. Those could be intercepted and harvested by Dems. — PolitiTweet.org
