@DougHeye Just do a jump ball like the NBA. Rule change happened in ‘80s under guise that it sped up game. It doesn’t. Takes just as long to do an inbound pass. Imagine if hockey did away with face offs & did alternating arrows. Worse yet, all US amateur hoops went to alt-possession. — PolitiTweet.org
