@bMalinTech the whole "what is speech" question kind seems to boil down to "what should we be able to do freely?" simply because free speech is held in such a high regard in this country, so anything we can define as speech gets the most liberty. in that sense: yes — PolitiTweet.org

a much more interesting attack on apple / google's stranglehold would be reforms to intellectual property. apple's ToS for ios for instance is largely restrictions on copying / modifying the software. imagine if it was clearly legal to distribute modified versions of ios? — PolitiTweet.org
