@ann64269 Hello. In order to vote in a primary, like in the states of Florida, New York, & Pennsylvania, you do have to be registered w/ a party. In general elections, you can vote for whatever candidate you want regardless of your voter registration status. I hope this was helpful. — PolitiTweet.org
