I’m all for lowering the appraisal cap. BUT you need to know that one benefit of the 3.5% property tax revenue cap on cities and counties is that it effectively means that regardless of your appraisal your taxes shouldn’t go up more than 3.5% unless voters approve it. — PolitiTweet.org
