al Qaeda and ISIS have had a resurgence. The Taliban had agreed to give them a safe space as long as they kept away from Afghanistan’s affairs. The Taliban also agreed to let ISIS and al Qaeda do what they want outside of Afghanistan. This explosion may change that deal. — PolitiTweet.org
