The Big Cat Safety Act is not a "feel good" bill." It will contribute to the extinction of tigers. It will force smaller private zoos/sanctuaries to join nonprofit orgs (for money), instead of being monitored by the USDA. Those orgs require sterilization of endangered species. — PolitiTweet.org
