@suebeeak If Pence doesn't do it for whatever reason, then the Senate President Pro-Tem, who is Charles Grassley, R-Iowa, would do it. He's said he'll be available if needed, and he has also said he will vote to confirm the state slates as certified (i.e. supporting Biden's victory). — PolitiTweet.org
