@Aje08473588 @USConst_Amend_I No one forces Twitter to do anything because of Section 230. Of Section 230 were repealed, then anyone can use Twitter over any user’s tweets, which might force them to censor stuff they wouldn’t otherwise — PolitiTweet.org

@Aje08473588 @USConst_Amend_I I agree, Twitter deleting tweets or banning users isn’t censorship at all, it’s moderation. But I think some other company basically forcing Twitter to do this when they wouldn’t otherwise is. It would only be unconstitutional if the government was the one forcing — PolitiTweet.org

@Aje08473588 @USConst_Amend_I The problem though is it will be used to censor speech that whouldnt be censored. Rapists will sue Twitter to take down tweets from survivors, claiming libel. Companies can sue to take down negative reviews — PolitiTweet.org
