If an officers has wifi turned on on their phone, it will emit "probe" packets announcing the names of their saved wifi networks. For example, if their home wifi network is called "AllLivesMatter420", then that access point name will be broadcast from their phone — PolitiTweet.org

If the access point name is unique, you can use data from https://t.co/R16ZFL9bg9 to cross-reference it with the location of the router, potentially letting you figure out where the officer lives. You just need to be collecting probe packets at the time of your arrest — PolitiTweet.org
