The metaverse was always an idiotic idea mainly because it already existed in 2007 when I was kicking with the boys in Club Penguin -- and nothing can ever top that. Also these virtual world games with virtual currency have been around for decades (i.e Second Life). Nothing new. — PolitiTweet.org
