2. I assumed (obv wrongly!) that if McCarthy was calling an immediate second vote it was b/c he had a deal w/few people at least to switch his way on the 2nd. That would show momentum. But instead of that, it stayed the same on the 2nd round and even got worse again on the 3rd. — PolitiTweet.org
