The DOT fines were for 5 foreign airlines, one domestic. They were not what Sanders & I called for in scope or scale. If there had been strong fines like under Obama, Southwest & other airlines would have been incentivized to fix IT issues instead of rewarding shareholders. — PolitiTweet.org
