@rinsana I think it’s a tax every year and the aggregate wealth of the ultra rich has continued to increase dramatically and will continue to do so. If their wealth declined, they’d pay less as it’s a few percent tax. Switzerland seems to have had no problem with this. Thoughts — PolitiTweet.org
