Agree with @tribelaw. We have every legal basis to issue a subpoena and should. In Sinclair (1927), the Court held that Congress’s power to issue a subpoena is highest when there is maladministration or abuse. Under this doctrine, any fair minded judge will rule for Congress. — PolitiTweet.org
