@Kevmarmol_CT @histoftech I lived in London for 22 years and the thing you need to understand is that Japan never understaffs anything. I've seen a couple of Eastern Euros do an entire house renovation in the UK whereas in Japan there are people whose entire job is to route pedestrians around a work site. — PolitiTweet.org
