No action by the legislative branch can be accepted as Constitutional if it actually infringes upon 1st Amendment protections. SCOTUS should nullify it, but the Senate could avoid the problem entirely by opposing, amending, or simply ignoring the House-passed version of RFMA. — PolitiTweet.org
