@ZLOK @Yelp Twitter should already be flagging accounts that take avatars that are identical to other accounts that had the avatar first (especially verified ones). If you are verified, you shouldn't be able to easily change your name, just like you wouldn't with a bank. You'd need to redo. — PolitiTweet.org
