@OurielOhayon Yes, court ordered it but courts generally try to avoid egregious miscarriages of justice and murdering wounded victims. Rather, they focus on restitution and minimizing further harm. So, I'm inclined to believe that whoever was responsible to the creditors utterly failed to rep. — PolitiTweet.org
