my biggest complaint with the thing is it’s so enormous yet requires you to be so close to it for its sweet spot that you can just see all the pixels. at 55 inches, 4K res is only 80PPI, which is fine for a TV that you sit 10 feet away from and sucks for a monitor 2-3ft away — PolitiTweet.org

8K res would bring that up to 160PPI, which is much more acceptable for a monitor, but then have fun pushing that resolution around with whatever computer you hook up to it. — PolitiTweet.org
