@reckless @sherifhanna yes and no. the M2 is still faster than the M1 even with the throttling and heat issues. and the M1 could be brought to its knees with Lightroom in exactly the same way. but the M1 does not heat up as much as the M2 did in my experience. — PolitiTweet.org
