@Thoughtlesskyle yeah i think i shared this theory on the verge cast last week — the A15 is being used across the iPhone line and there’s a lot of demand there, so the M1 is more readily available to be used in the iPad Air (also without any apparent downside that I can tell) — PolitiTweet.org
