the thing about USI is that performance greatly depends on the tablet/laptop’s hardware and what app you’re writing in. on the Chromebook Spin 713 we own and the Google Canvas app, performance is unsurprisingly great. I’d expect a worse experience on a lower tier Chromebook. — PolitiTweet.org
