i get being cautious with email after what happened in 2016 and if she's using iMessage or a service like Telegram or Signal it's a different convo, but the reporting doesn't clarify. point is plain old SMS is not a secure way to communicate at all. — PolitiTweet.org

@SPalermoNH if she’s using an iPhone (which seems to be the case given photographic evidence) and her staffers are using iPhones etc then mostly likely iMessage, yes. but if anyone on her team has an Android phone then iMessage doesn’t work. — PolitiTweet.org
