@yurivictor @twilio not an expert, but if you're using a iMessage and SMS sync to a Mac from an iPhone, the phone needs to be live to "push" the SMS to the computer. It doesn't get handled like iMessages do via Apple's servers. Can you get your SIM into another phone? — PolitiTweet.org
