if i had to guess which one is most accurate based on how I feel in the AM and how well I know I slept last night (not great), I'd go with the Fitbit's results — PolitiTweet.org

sleep tracking is a very incomplete science and yes yes, the watchOS 7 feature is still in beta, but i'm getting wildly different results from the Apple Watch than from the Fitbit Inspire HR. Last night: Fitbit: 6h 36m Apple native: 8h 22m AutoSleep: 7h 10m Sleep++: 8h 10m — PolitiTweet.org

again, this is an incomplete science and there are always a million variables, such as the fact that I wear the Apple Watch on my left wrist and the Fitbit on my right. but so far, even if it was more accurate, Apple's sleep tracking is extremely basic. — PolitiTweet.org
