so yeah, there are somethings that are off-putting in Superhuman’s (which I don’t use btw, can’t get an invite 🙃) tracking, like the location info and every instance the email is opened. I do not know why location data is captured at all. — PolitiTweet.org

i can’t imagine any email service that charges money to use it, and at the rates that Superhuman charges, that wouldn’t include some sort of read tracking service. customers who use email for sales/marketing/leads will demand it. — PolitiTweet.org
