@oreofatty it can tell there’s no presense in a room within just a few minutes of no activity, but it won’t change the home/away status until 2 hours have passed. the sensors do a good job of biasing the system based on where you are when you are home, i just wish it set away faster. — PolitiTweet.org

@oreofatty you can also set up geofencing which will immeditely switch to away mode when you leave, but all devices need to be on iOS or Android, and iOS requires the use of a HomeKit hub like an Apple TV or HomePod to work. — PolitiTweet.org
