my last complaint with Ecobee which hasn’t been addressed in this update is the terribly slow/limited automatic home/away adjustment. relying on a HomeKit hub for geofence with iOS devices is terrible, and you can’t mix iOS & Android in the same household and maintain geofence. — PolitiTweet.org

@jareddipane yeah i don’t get why it’s so delayed. if you use geofencing, it will switch immediately, but you have to have your whole home on the same platform — iOS or Android. Nest’s geofencing support is much better and more reliable. — PolitiTweet.org
