One of my biggest pet peeves is when men refer to women as “females.” Idk why it bothers me, since sex isn’t binary so “female” and “woman” can be used interchangeably. Maybe it’s because it sounds like they are trying to refer to us as a “less than” species? Thoughts? 🤷🏻♀️ — PolitiTweet.org
