But if 5 out of 6 pedestrian fatalities occur where people are crossing mid-block/ outside the crosswalk, don’t I have a responsibility to say, “hey, let’s all be more careful & use the crosswalks?” It’s about reducing harm, not blame — PolitiTweet.org
