@ggreenwald possibly. i can’t see any credible circumstance where ukraine retakes crimea key issue here is significant independence in donbas. if they annex (as looks likely), russia can claim success but no way for ukrainians. if they don’t, more clearly a loss for putin — PolitiTweet.org
