I think this is the right call. Biden has let the infrastructure bill become a pawn in his reconciliation agenda. They clearly don’t care about it as a stand alone investment - otherwise they’d be whipping a vote for it now. Why would Republicans move it for him? — PolitiTweet.org

The bill passed the Senate with Republican support. There was good will there to get something done. Biden allowed the Progressives in the House to poison that well. He may get a win out of it yet. But if Biden *really* cared about infrastructure, this wouldn’t be happening. — PolitiTweet.org
