Amateur Twitter chefs, I have a question! I'm roasting a turkey breast en cocotte tonight and serving with gravy pan sauce. I accidentally bought *boneless* turkey (which will cut the flavor from the gravy?) My remedy: render fat from some chicken bones first. Will this work?? — PolitiTweet.org

Wow, thanks for all the suggestions. Here's my plan: I am browning the chicken bones in the pot to render some flavor, take it all out, brown the turkey with the aromatics, and then put the chicken bones (and their fat) back into the pot to roast. We'll see how this goes. — PolitiTweet.org
