@ZengoMd @united No I paid the change fee for moving the flight time (still, there were plenty of seats). But they refused to refund my upgrade fee or reapply it to the new flight and then said I had to pay it again if I wanted to upgrade. Basically they stole $120 from me. — PolitiTweet.org
