@legalwritingpro I'd revise sentence to "Relief is unavailable to Plaintiffs under such circumstances" and keep parenthetical as-is; as backup, I'd keep sentence as-is and omit the parenthetical. I'd also be curious what previous sentence was; this seems like conclusion, not start, of paragraph. — PolitiTweet.org
