Second @United update: This is the coldest flight I can remember. Some folks are pulling down suitcases to find jackets. A woman in front of me donned a knit cap. Crew shrugs and says they’ve asked for more warmth but it’s cold outside. It’s always cold outside at this altitude. — PolitiTweet.org
