I have long believed this. Advanced math (anything past basic algebra and geometry) should be reserved for pupils wanting or needing it. But every kid needs an understanding of statistics, how to decipher numerical trends, and basic finance. And, FYI, I got an A in trigonometry. — PolitiTweet.org
