National Socialism is an ideology that can exist outside of Germany. However, the National Socialist Workers Party (i.e. Nazis) was specific to Germany in the 20th century. The idea that Ukrainian Slavs can be “Nazis” in the 21st century is ridiculous. — PolitiTweet.org
