Where do you get diesel fuel for the trucks? Oil must be refined to produce diesel. But you can't just refine for diesel - you get other components such as kerosene, gasoline, etc. Where do you store the gasoline when the storage tanks are full? Should they dump it in a river? — PolitiTweet.org
