If Putin is loosing badly in Ukraine, conventional wisdom says he will then escalate and use nukes. That’s a scary move that must be taken seriously. But Putin has other options. Calling for a ceasefire which allows him to keep Crimea and Donbas under occupation is also an option — PolitiTweet.org
