Agreed. As the U.S. Ambassador to Russia, I constantly had to answer questions from Russians about OUR invasion of Iraq, even though I personally had nothing to do with that decision. Even in our inactions, we Americans -- not just Bush -- bear some responsibility for that war. — PolitiTweet.org
