If Putin used a nuclear weapon against Ukraine, what world leader would respond by calling on Zelensky to surrender? I can't think of one. Most certainly not Biden. And Zelensky most surely would not surrender. If true, then help me understand what Putin gains by using a nuke? — PolitiTweet.org
