Let me clarify. Ukraine does not have a RIGHT to join NATO. NATO has no OBLIGATION to accept Ukraine. Membership must be earned and agreed to by all NATO members. That is all. — PolitiTweet.org

Ukraine does not have a right to join NATO. And NATO (& other Americans) do not have the right to tell Ukraine to become neutral.
