Yes. The U.S. is not going to war with Russia over Ukraine. Russia is at war with Ukraine. As long as Ukraine is at war with Russia, Ukraine will not join NATO. & that's why Putin remains at war with Ukraine. The "Ukraine-joining-NATO-threat" has been completely invented by Putin — PolitiTweet.org
