One could spend all day nitpicking the list. But as someone who wrote his PhD about Angola and Zimbabwe many moons ago, biggest surprise is Angola. The MPLA has ruled there since independence in 1976. @freedomhouse lists Angola as "not free." Oh well. There must be a reason. — PolitiTweet.org
